Absolutely! Our employing companies are looking for a wide variety of qualified applicants. Be sure to research the company(s) you are interested in and show up to the job fair early so you have the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager. If you can?t attend the show, you can also e-mail them your resume through DiversityJobFairs.com.

Who gets to see my resume?

Only the companies that attend a Diversity Job Fairs event will have access to your information. If there are organizations that you want to make certain do not see your resume, be sure to select the blocking feature in the my career fairs job seeker sign up STEP 1 to keep your resume private.

We encourage it! If you find a position you are interested in and
qualified for, apply directly through AmericnJobFairs.com. However nothing
obviously takes the place of actually meeting the recruiter in person.
